Standing as it does within sight of the Phillip Island Bridge, with panoramic views of the coast, it’s a great pub in which to enjoy a relaxing drink and our six three star motel units make it the perfect base for visitors to the Island and for exploring the Bass Coast.

We’re only a short drive from Phillip Island’s Grand Prix track, the Penguin Parade and the Island’s many other attractions are just as conveniently to hand. Local attractions like Panny’s famous Chocolate Factory, Churchill Island and the San Remo foreshore where the pelicans are fed every day, are only a walk away. Only a little further afield you’ll find some of Victoria’s finest surf and front beaches.

Enjoy gourmet cuisine in our restaurant, San Remo Hotel Bistro, before finishing off a perfect evening by enjoying the facilities in our sports bar – TAB, Keno, Fox Sports and multiple tv’s playing every live sport, or listen to live music in our lounge bar – we feature the very best local talent

The licence for the San Remo Hotel has been held by the Williams family for three generations. Peter Williams, whose grandfather bought it in 1941, is the present licensee. Check out the hotel’s walls and you’ll see photographs of its illustrious patronage; a galaxy of sporting stars and more than a few pictures of our cherished locals.

All of the San Remo’s six motel units are three star rated, accommodating up to four guests on a queen and two single beds. The units are fully equipped with TV/DVD, en-suite bathrooms and much more. Free Wifi is available in the hotel. Our Thirsty Camel bottlo on the hotel premises will ensure you never have to go thirsty.
