    Sips & Stories

The rumour mill was swirling when Noodledoof first set up shop in Koroit. Is it a replica of a small German village? Is it a noodle shop serving slurpable bowls of goodness? No, it’s a craft brewery and distillery created by two mates, Noodles and Doof who wanted to make quality craft beer and spirits that are exciting, adventurous and approachable.

Noodledoof beers utilise local ingredients and are influenced by the changing seasons allowing the team to get creative in the brewhouse, with a constantly evolving tap list. Most of the beers are made in small batches so they have seasonal availability check out what they have been up to lately.

For Noodledoof’s range of spirits, they teamed up with local Aboriginal Corporation, Worn Gundidj, utilising their expert knowledge of the surrounding area. The gins have a unique flavour profile from native botanicals such as correa alba, lemon myrtle and mountain pepper.

The Noodledoof taproom is a refurbished motor garage in the small Irish Village of Koroit. The space has been revitalised as a vibrant community hub for tourists and locals alike. The surroundings inspire them daily, from the beauty of Tower Hill Reserve to the wild South-West ocean.

We acknowledge the First Peoples throughout Victoria and their ongoing connection to the land and waters.

For over 60,000 years they have cared for Country and preserved our beautiful landscapes. We pay our respects to Elders, past and present.

We are grateful for their custodianship, their knowledge and their resilience.

We would also like to acknowledge our First Peoples as Australia’s original storytellers. Their rich storytelling inspires us to share how special Melbourne and Victoria is with the world.
