    Market vibes

The Good Shepherd College May Market is one of the region's busiest annual indoor markets, bringing together more than 40 stallholders under one roof. Visitors can browse an impressive array of locally grown produce, vibrant flower and plant stalls and lovingly handmade crafts, food, candles, jewellery, clothing, homewares and unique gifts.

The College's own team runs a popular flower market and plant stall, showcasing seasonal blooms and greenery. Food options are a highlight - look out for the bustling food court, barbecue, mettwurst, specialty cakes and slices, bakehouse, hearty soups and a farmers market brimming with local produce. Hot doughnuts and fairy floss ensure there's a treat for everyone, especially the kids.

Families will find plenty to keep young ones entertained, with a dedicated kids' activity zone. Whether you're searching for fresh produce, a handmade gift or a fun-filled outing for the whole family, the May Market is a favourite fixture on the local calendar.

We acknowledge the First Peoples throughout Victoria and their ongoing connection to the land and waters.

For over 60,000 years they have cared for Country and preserved our beautiful landscapes. We pay our respects to Elders, past and present.

We are grateful for their custodianship, their knowledge and their resilience.

We would also like to acknowledge our First Peoples as Australia’s original storytellers. Their rich storytelling inspires us to share how special Melbourne and Victoria is with the world.
