Mulana is Yorta Yorta language for spirit.

In this exhibition by multi-media artist, ENOKi (Dja Dja Wurrung, Yorta Yorta), they uncover the intersections between mulana in culture and one's own spirituality, and the lived experience of queer Blakness within Australia. Exploring the meaning of mulana/spirit within today's contemporary context, the works will interrogate what this looks like through ENOKi's creative practice, which draws inspiration from pop culture – comic books, vintage animation, renaissance era paintings and the flora and fauna of Country.
