The conference will feature professional development sessions, keynote presentations, case studies and workshops focused on accessibility, sustainability, inclusivity, visitor servicing and emerging industry trends. Delegates also benefit from networking opportunities, curated study tours and the Victorian Top Tourism Town Awards Dinner.
We will introduce a Leader’s Symposium in 2026 for CEOs, mayors, councillors, tourism board executives, economic development officers, and policy strategists.
