With recipes originating from Lipari, Sicily, Tommaso & Sarina Cavallaro opened the doors to
T. Cavallaro & Sons in 1956, bringing a taste of the Aeolian Islands to Melbourne.
Using recipes from Tommaso’s father dating back to the late 19th century, Tommaso and Sarina brought their artisanal cannoli, biscotti and cakes to the heart of Footscray.
Forever the inspiration behind T. Cavallaro & Sons, Tommaso & Sarina shared their passion with sons, Carmelo and Anthony. With the Pasticceria a true family affair, grandson Robert is now a part of their legacy, with the family continuing to create a true taste of Sicily in Melbourne.
