Apollo Bay Distillery

The Apollo Bay Distillery is a place to escape the noise and chaos of everyday life. Here, we aim to preserve the tales of the town and embody the spirit of Apollo Bay.

We produce boutique gin and vodka onsite in our copper column still. Our gins are linked to the ships that sailed off this treacherous coast many years ago and serve as a strong reminder of Apollo Bay’s nautical history. Located in the old Post Office, built in 1970, we also house the anchor of the historic SS Casino who came to a fateful end off one of our local beaches.

A visit to our distillery would not be complete without trying a gin flight consisting of our handcrafted gins, distilled onsite, using local botanicals. These unique and artisan gins can be enjoyed alongside a freshly made wood fired pizza, using only the finest flour and ingredients. You can also try our Nitro Vodkas alone, or mixed into a refreshing cocktail.We are proud to collaborate with local businesses including Hello Coffee who supply delicious locally roasted coffee beans.
