Located in Bellbrae, a quiet country town four kilometers from Torquay and just eight minutes drive from the famous Bells Beach. Bells Estate Great Ocean Road Cottages features free wifi, an indoor heated pool (operates Sept to April) and all accommodation includes a fully equipped kitchen. Set on 10 acres, Bells Estate is within six minutes drive from Jan Juc, Bells Surf Beach and Zeally Bay. It is 20 minutes drive from Geelong and within walking distance to a winery and café next door. All airconditioned accommodation offers lake and garden views. Each cottage has a lounge area, with flat screen TV, DVD player and sofas. Other features include a childrens playground, swings and trampoline and lovely gardens. The large 2BR Villa is pet friendly, located on a large fully fenced block. Our friendly Alpacas, miniature pony and laying hens just add to the splendor of this magnificent rural setting. On our 10 acre property we offer bridal wedding party accommodation for up to 14 persons. The wedding party has exclusive use of the entire property for a 2 night stay and late checkout.
