del Rios is a family-owned vineyard, winery, restaurant, and cellar door established in 1996 on the slopes of an extinct volcano, Mt Anakie.
At the estate, the family philosophy of great wine, food, and friends comes together amongst our established vineyard and beautiful natural surroundings. Only a 20-minute drive from Geelong, the venue blends together an industrial look with traditional charm.
Showcasing the best of their estate and local seasonal produce, the kitchen uses both contemporary and traditional Spanish cuisine to be enjoyed by all. On the estate, they farm both Scottish Black Angus beef and Texel Friesian cross lamb. Just like with their wine, their ability to control the entire process allows them to grow produce with outstanding flavour in an environmentally friendly manner.
The dining experience is a unique offering of their free-range pasture-fed beef and lamb combined with locally sourced, fresh produce to create a curated experience that complements their extensive and award-winning del Rios wine portfolio. The tapas-style menu is designed to be shared between family and friends.
