Skirt Port Phillip Bay by steam, with return shuttles from Laverton Station via the Altona Loop for one day only.
These shuttles will travel on a scenic return journey through Melbourne's Inner West and along Port Phillip Bay at Altona.
It is anticipated that this will be the last time that the organisers will be able to run a steam train via the Altona Loop due to timetable changes occurring shortly after these shuttles.
Take a seat in their heritage carriages with beautiful wood veneer panelling, pressed tin ceilings and opening windows to fully experience the steam era.
