    Experience Vibes

Nestled between the shores of Port Phillip Bay and the tranquil coastal flora of Point Nepean National Park, Portsea Golf Club is a welcoming oasis promising serene golf, natural beauty, and a uniquely Australian coastal links experience. Recent renovations by acclaimed architects OCM Golf have widened muscular fairways and revamped hazards and greens to enhance strategy and the natural beauty of the landscape.

Founded in 1926 amid sand dunes and Moonah forests, Portsea offers a pure golfing experience combining history, seaside charm, flowing dunes, and a newly reinvigorated course design. But Portsea offers more than just golf. Our onsite accommodation, with sweeping views across the golf course and out to Port Phillip Bay, is a perfect base to explore nearby beaches, national parks, and the coastal villages of Portsea and Sorrento.

We acknowledge the First Peoples throughout Victoria and their ongoing connection to the land and waters.

For over 60,000 years they have cared for Country and preserved our beautiful landscapes. We pay our respects to Elders, past and present.

We are grateful for their custodianship, their knowledge and their resilience.

We would also like to acknowledge our First Peoples as Australia’s original storytellers. Their rich storytelling inspires us to share how special Melbourne and Victoria is with the world.
