In 2022, Manager Dan Ford and Chef Mike Jaques made the step from running the restaurant to being owners. The legacy of Tulip inspires this driven team to continue the standards of the restaurant, while aiming to refine and redefine what it means to be a fine dining restaurant in Geelong.
