    Sips & Stories

A relaxed, family-friendly winery with sweeping views of the Yarra Valley.

Set on 150 acres just outside Yarra Glen's town, the relaxed, family-friendly venue is surrounded by sweeping views of both the Estate's expansive vineyard and the stunning green hills of the Valley.

The Cellar Door and Café hosts tastings from the winery's award-winning "Estate grown" Tall Tales and Barrel Select range, with seating available indoors, on the alfresco deck and expansive luscious lawn area. Acoustic live music adds to the outdoor atmosphere on all weekends in Summer until Easter and selected weekends throughout the year.

Yarrawood offers a relaxed atmosphere to wile away the afternoon with a leisurely lunch and a glass of signature Botrytis Riesling to finish.

Grazing platters are available and feature a mix of local Yarra Valley Dairy cheeses, cured meats, chargrilled vegetables and ciabatta. Cheese platters and savoury sharing options, including Italian style meatballs, scrumptiously-seasoned polenta chips, and dukkah crusted squid, are on offer.

Kids are welcome at the family-owned Estate and often seen playing cricket on the grass or admiring the resident geese and miniature goats on site.

We acknowledge the First Peoples throughout Victoria and their ongoing connection to the land and waters.

For over 60,000 years they have cared for Country and preserved our beautiful landscapes. We pay our respects to Elders, past and present.

We are grateful for their custodianship, their knowledge and their resilience.

We would also like to acknowledge our First Peoples as Australia’s original storytellers. Their rich storytelling inspires us to share how special Melbourne and Victoria is with the world.
