The new custom-built winery and cellar bar is located in the heart of the Yarra Valley, at 8 Hunter Road, Healesville. Serving all four ranges of wine made by Jayden Ong, as well as some local legends and a lengthy list of compelling internationals. Plenty of options are offered by the glass, as well as refreshing local beer and well-made cocktails using unique handcrafted spirits and ingredients.

The essence is thoughtfully made wine, in a relaxed space with a splash of mischief. Not your usual cellar door. Sample quality local produce cooked simply over charcoal, whilst delving into the extensive drinks list.

Open Friday - Sunday for drinks and wine tastings. Food is available 12:00pm - 9:00pm Fridays and Saturdays and for lunch from 12:00pm on Sundays.

Jayden Ong Winery & Cellar Bar can also be booked for exclusive lunch events on weekends and every evening for up to 150 people.
