If bartending was an academic pursuit, Black Pearl would be Harvard, Yale and Oxford combined. The bar staff all have PhDs in cocktails (and at least two Bartender of the Year awards) and the venue itself is relaxed and cosy – except on weekends, when it turns into a drinks-in-the-air house party.
