Hide and Seek Retreat

Just 90 minutes from Melbourne, Hide and Seek is a private waterfront retreat with luxury accommodation and a vineyard. The 100-acre property spreads along 3km of sandy river banks, wetlands and pristine rural landscapes beside the Goulburn River.

Two architect-designed luxury homes accommodate 16 and 19 guests respectively and offer large indoor and outdoor entertaining areas with sweeping views of the riverways and vineyard. Authentic, handcrafted timber and stone features throughout open living zones with wood fires, oversized bedrooms, ensuites and entertainer's kitchens. Full-length, protected balconies feature daybeds, barbeques, alfresco dining, and an outdoor shower and bath. Each home has a private beach with daybeds and sun loungers for the exclusive use of guests.

Four Glamping Huts provide the proximity to nature of camping yet with a modern bathroom, mini bar, heating/cooling and television. Set beside the river they also have access to beachfront with sun-loungers, daybeds and canoes. The huts are perfect for two to three guests and offer openable sides and a clear roof panel for stargazing.

For watersports and boating, there’s a private boat ramp and underground boat shed. There is also a tennis court, cycling, water trampolines, canoes, kayaks, beach volleyball, waterskiing, fishing, produce gardens, orchard, a nature track and kids’ adventure playground.
