Motown Revival – The Legends of Soul celebrates the songs and artists that transformed popular music. An electrifying 11-piece band, complete with a powerhouse horn section and featured vocalists, recreates the energy and musicianship of soul’s golden era in a lively concert at Chelsea Heights Hotel.
The program travels through hits made famous by Stevie Wonder, Aretha Franklin, Marvin Gaye, The Supremes, The Temptations, Four Tops, Smokey Robinson, Martha and the Vandellas, Jackie Wilson and Sam & Dave. Carefully woven narration shares the stories behind the music, while soaring ballads, close harmonies and irresistible dancefloor classics keep the focus firmly on the songs.
